The O9X ERP Terminal collects and processes personal and professional data solely as required by:

• The specific Contract Terms and Conditions established with each of our customers.
• The Employment Agreements signed by our associates.
• The legal requirements for statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, Labor Licensing).

2. Compliance with Indian Law

Knighthood Services Pvt. Ltd. adheres to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and other relevant Indian privacy regulations. We ensure:

• Purpose Limitation: Data is only used for the operational and legal purposes specified at the time of collection.
• Data Minimization: We only collect what is strictly necessary for HR and operational efficiency.
• Security Safeguards: We implement rigorous technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access or sharing.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We maintain a strict no-sharing policy. No data stored within this terminal is shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Information is only disclosed to government authorities as required by statutory law (e.g., PF/ESI filings).

4. Accountability

All data processing within this terminal is logged. Users granted access are bound by strict confidentiality clauses in their respective agreements.
